- Promote recycling and reduction of waste across all operations.

- Identify and manage environmental risks to minimise pollution and emissions.
- Ensure safe handling, storage and disposal of materials.
- Take special care to ensure safe handling, storage and disposal of chemicals.
4 – Sustainable Design & Engineering
- Integrate environmental considerations into project planning and engineering solutions.
- Encourage innovative designs that reduce environmental impact over the product lifecycle.
5 – Awareness & Training
- Provide employees with training to understand their environmental responsibilities.
- Encourage employees to suggest improvements in sustainability practices.
6 – Continuous Improvement
- Monitor and review environmental performance regularly.
- Set measurable objectives and targets for ongoing improvement.
- Ensure environment concerns remain an agenda point at the Management Review Meeting.
Responsibility
This policy applies to all employees, contractors and partners working with Rim-MIX Limited. Senior management is responsible for implementing and maintaining this policy, but every individual is expected to play their part in maintaining and improving our environmental impact.
Review
This policy will be reviewed annually to ensure it remains relevant and effective.
